Somebody was asleep at the switch. The Muscogee County School Board should have thought about asking for legal fees in the library/park suit. Their snoring is costing taxpayers a lot of cash.

Actually, the attorneys should have suggested it. Isn't that pretty standard in response to a lawsuit? Did the Park Coalition have such a provision in its suit?
Good point. That should have been part of Mr. Vega's advice to his clients — the school board.
